CiviCRM FCKeditor patch: We have developed a patch to change CiviCRM's default Dojo-Editor to FCKeditor. It incorporates full functionality in Civimail as well - like saving, loading templates.

Redesigned File Upload Module: Provides the ability to upload files to the Drupal pages. Has the advantage of being able to provide Meta Data information like Title and Description of the File along with the File Attachment. Files can be arranged using weights too.
